Galli, exposed for procured alarm. The complaint to the Prosecutor’s Office of half of Italy

“Dissemination of false news likely to disturb public order”.

Exposed complaint of Eng. Giuseppe Reda (Researcher of the Department of Chemistry at Unical) against Massimo Galli, Director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of the Sacco Hospital in Milan. Complaint at the Prosecutor’s Office of half of Italy: Bergamo, Brescia, Catanzaro, Grosseto, Livorno, Milan, Padua, Pisa, Rome, Turin, Venice, Verona, Naples, Frosinone, Modena, Prato, Viterbo.

The complaint reads: “Spreading of false news capable of disturbing public order with consequent procured alarm, generation of crimes against humanity with drastic measures leading in particular to freedom of movement, freedom of economic initiative, freedom of assembly, of association”.

Galli had declared: “Of the 20 beds that I follow directly at least one out of three is now occupied by infected by a variant”, but then came the denial of the hospital. In a note, the hospital says: “These statements at the present time do not represent the real epidemiological situation within the Presidio.”
